About Us
Established in 2008, NACK helps support, coordinate, and integrate efforts by community and technical colleges to provide associate degree level micro- and nanotechnology education. Using techniques created for CNEU’s PA NMT course, NACK developed a resource sharing model that has helped establish numerous education and workforce development programs throughout the US.
NACK’s resource sharing model is focused on three areas: sharing expertise, sharing materials, and sharing equipment access.
Sharing Expertise
Workshops, webinars, personal consultations, advisory board memberships, partnerships
Sharing Materials
Classroom lecture slides, laboratory write-ups, videos from lectures/workshops/webinars
Sharing Equipment Access
RAIN network, hands-on workshops, educational partnerships with community colleges
